Join us on Tuesday, November 14th, 2023 for a dynamic wellness workshop led by registered social worker and mental health therapist Amma Gyamfowa. Exploring intentional self-care, burnout, and practices to challenge imposter syndrome, this session will provide creatives with unique holistic tools and resources for diving into self-compassion and community!

Amma Gyamfowa is a Ghanaian-Canadian womanist, mental health therapist, registered social worker, writer and speaker.
