Grantee Reporting

All ArtReach grantees are required to submit a final report and budget. The report is a summary of what you accomplished and a reflection on the successes and challenges you faced in executing your program.

Final Report:

Final reports can be submitted through Jotform. Please click here to access the ArtReach final reporting form online.

 
Final Budget:

Please click here to access the final budget template. This form should be downloaded to your computer, completed, and uploaded to your final report in Jotform. If you require a copy of the budget you submitted with your application, please email grants@artreach.org

 

Please note if you do not complete and submit a final report and budget, you will not be able to apply for future ArtReach or Toronto Arts Council grants, and may be required to pay back your grant funds.
