The Forward Coaching Fellowship is for young social entrepreneurs who are building, leading or developing meaningful, community-driven work. It is designed to provide clarity, capacity and care for the people behind that work.

Five selected participants will receive five 60-minute one-on-one virtual coaching sessions this fall. Participants who complete all five sessions will also receive a $250 wellness grant to support rest, care and wellbeing.

This opportunity is for young social entrepreneurs, roughly ages 18–35, with flexibility. Applicants will be selected based on fit, readiness for coaching and the potential usefulness of this support at this moment — not based on having the most polished project, biggest platform or most developed idea.

This fellowship brings together Erica Procter's experience as both a coach and the founder of FUEL, a nonprofit focused on the wellbeing of young changemakers. Coaching was part of the programming at FUEL, where she saw how young people were often carrying uncertainty, pressure, loneliness and difficult questions about how to sustain both their work and their own wellbeing. Erica's coaching approach is reflective and practical: a place to slow down, think honestly, feel supported and identify what needs to happen next.

Applications are due Friday, September 25th. Click here to apply and learn more!
